Also, the department will encourage the staff to improve quality & research work, upgrade and create new laboratories to produce quality engineers, researchers & entrepreneurs committed for rendering the best service to the nation

  • To provide a platform for overall development of its stakeholders and inculcate qualities required to master state-of-the-art technology in Electrical Engineering.
  • To impart quality education through advanced learning in the various field of electrical & allied areas. To endeavour to create excellent teaching -learning  ambience leading to research and innovation for the learners who aspire to serve the society .

Graduates of the program are expected to demonstrate:

  • An ability to apply knowledge of electrical engineering.
  • An ability to design a system, component, or process to meet desired needs within realistic constraints such as economic, environmental, social, ethical, health and safety, manufacturability, and sustainability with human value.
  • An ability to function on multi-disciplinary teams.
  • An ability to identify, formulates, and solves engineering problems.
  • An understanding of professional and ethical responsibility.
  • The financial  health  of  a  country  is  to  a  large  extent  dependent on  the  consumption  & affordability of Power. Power is the main soul of industrial growth which is directly contributing to the country’s GDP.
  • According to above scenario, the future of electrical engineer is promising. Jobs openings in Government & Private organization for power sector are very huge.
